Delicious Food, Disappointing Service I recently visited "Que Tortas" with my sister, and while the food was delicious, the customer service left much to be desired. We ordered a torta made with panela cheese and ham, along with a beet and carrot juice and a celery juice – all of which were quite tasty. However, the overall experience was dampened by the unwelcoming staff. The girl who assisted us was far from friendly; she barely spoke, didn't smile, and seemed generally uninterested in providing good service. When our order was ready, she didn't bother to announce it clearly. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the noise level was a bit high, making it hard to have a conversation. To top it off, when we said goodbye and wished the staff a good day as we left, they didn't even acknowledge us, despite the place not being particularly busy. It’s a shame because the food has potential, but the poor customer service really detracts from the experience. I hope "Que Tortas" can improve their service to match the quality of their food.
